Producing in excess of 150,000 tonnes of copper concentrate per annum CSA Mine is a large underground operation, operated by a wholly owned Australian subsidiary of a large Global Mining Company. With a small management team on site, this opportunity presents as an exceptional opportunity for an experienced A-Grade Mine Manager to take ownership within this operation and to cement your future with this employer of choice.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be held accountable for the statutory responsibilities across CSA Underground Mine and day to day operational requirements. In this integral role, you will impact the mines culture through your positive, innovative and consultative management style. You will be consistent in your messages and be passionate about driving operational/business improvement strategies that help to achieve the mines annual increase in production targets.

Suitable candidates must hold their NSW Metalliferous below-ground Production Managers Ticket / or be mutually recognised with a First Class Mine Managers ticket. You will have held Mine Manager positions in similar underground base metal operations and demonstrate a high level of integrity. You will be ambitious to seek future career progression within the organisation and be committed to achieving company objectives. For the right candidate, the potential for career progression will be quickly recognised through working in this small management team.

To be living residentially with your family in NSW€˜s central west Cobar location, you€™ll be well rewarded for your expertise with a lucrative base salary, executive housing, vehicle allowance, full relocation, and utilities allowances. In addition to your fixed salary a substantial bonus structure is in place, based on long term, production and annual KPI€™s.
